Terms of Service
Last updated: November 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of Tax Armour Blueprint. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
Draft placeholder copy. This page must be reviewed and finalized by qualified legal counsel before launch. Bracketed items need to be filled in.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Mia Taylor Advisors (“we,” “us,” “our”). If you do not agree, do not use Tax Armour Blueprint.
2. What Tax Armour Blueprint is
Tax Armour Blueprint is a tax education and strategy-identification platform. It uses the information you provide to estimate your tax position, identify strategies that may be relevant and point you to educational content.
It is not tax preparation software and does not file returns. Nothing in the platform is tax, legal, accounting or investment advice until it has been reviewed with a qualified professional who knows your full situation.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to use the platform. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter.
4. Subscription and billing
Tax Armour Blueprint is offered as a subscription at $49 per month, billed automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the current billing period. [Confirm refund policy, taxes and any promotional pricing.]
5. Tax strategist calls
Your subscription does not include tax advisory services. If you want help implementing strategies identified in your blueprint, you can book an optional call with a tax strategist at Mia Taylor Advisors. Any advisory or implementation services are offered separately under their own agreement. [Confirm call cost, if any, and scheduling terms.]
6. Estimates are not guarantees
Tax calculations, savings estimates and strategy suggestions are illustrative and based on the information you provide and the tax rules we model. Actual results depend on your facts, how a strategy is implemented, current law and professional review.
7. Third-party providers
We may share referral links or contact details for outside strategy or investment providers. Those providers are independent. Evaluate any opportunity carefully, including its economic substance and risk, before you commit.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, including by attempting to access other accounts, interfering with the service, reverse engineering it or using it for unlawful purposes.
9. Intellectual property
The platform, its content, videos, white papers and methodology belong to Mia Taylor Advisors or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your account is active.
10. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim. [Counsel to finalize.]
12. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Add dispute resolution terms, if any.]
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you before they take effect. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
